- I voted.
- Celebrated Nathan's 7th birthday and still can't believe that's possible.
- Celebrated Kathryn's 8th birthday just a week later. Shopped like crazy with her and Hanna. I loved her happy face the whole day.
- Had a quick, last minute visit from Grandma DeeAnn. She had a long 4 day weekend and found a super cheap ticket. We didn't tell the kids and when she showed up at bedtime, they were really surprised. Kathryn showed much more surprise than the boys but all the kids were excited.
- We made two (YES TWO!) trips to Seattle in one month with the whole crew. One with my mom to see Kyle and Heidi and the second for Micheal's farewell. Really that's unheard of for me. I'm not one to drag the kids all over the place so it was wild for our family and Kyle made sure to tease me about it. It
- Saw Twilight on opening night with family and a few million other people. I'm no crazed fan (unlike some other friends and family. though I will admit to reading all 4 books) but I enjoyed the movie. I decided I'm not a crazed fan because I'm not a romantic at heart and Edward lovers are romantics. That could be a post all of it's own.
- Spent Thanksgiving at a full table of good food and even better family. A meal put together by so many hands always produces too much food. Leftovers from Turkey Day are my favorite!
- Went Black Friday shopping with Brianne. She was a super trooper and got up at 3:45 am and went to a couple stores. I didn't get into town until 9:30 am so the crowds really weren't that bad. We had fun and I got a few more things crossed off my list.
- Kept putting off taking a Christmas card photo and we just might be out of luck with the gloomy, foggy weather we have been having. I'm crossing my fingers for sometime this week.
- Hauled out the decorations (thanks Milo!) and plan on putting them up for FHE on Mon. I love getting ready for Christmas!

Great post and great list!! November was a CRAZY busy month for you! Sheesh...that is a lot of stuff to pack into one month!
We are planning to decorate tonight too...I am hoping it puts me more into the Christmas spirit...I am lagging behind a bit this year.
It's crazy what we can get accomplished in one month. Happy decorating.
Wow, that's a lot of stuff to see in writing. I can't imagine doing all of it! Can't wait for Christmas. Get everything organized before I get there!:o) No pressure......... Ha
While copying stuff in the church library yesterday, I was VERY impressed with your on-the-ball primary theme - already up for Dec. Better check that off your list! You are amazing. And, two trips to Seattle, fun, fun! Anytime an out-of-town trip pops up we are all over that! Sounds like you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family! Now, let the stress begin!! Lisa
This is an excellent way to recap the month, it was a busy one for sure!
What a full month! Two trips to Seattle sound mighty fine to me. Grandma showing up unannounced -- what a great surprise!
I really want to see Twilight! I haven't read the books, but it looks really good ( I am a romantic). I can't believe you were brave enough to shop Black Friday. I get so irritated by how crowded everywhere is and all the long waiting I just don't bother anymore. I put my Christmas tree up instead. Glad you had a nice Thanksgiving!!
Sometimes time just slips away doesn't it? You are a super trooper for getting up that early to shop. I hope the weather clears so you can get your family photo done!
I think I need to see Twilight. I'm not a crazed fan, but I am a romantic.
I'm impressed. I love the post and the list of everything you did in November! Wow. On to December which is going to be even busier! I think we are going to finally put up the tree tonight....it will make it feel more like Christmas! The boys can't wait....
I can't believe Brianne got up at 3:45am to go shopping...she must have not even gone to sleep since she's a night owl! Haha
Sounds like you had a great month! I can't believe Reed's almost 1, Milo's almost 31 and Christmas is almost here!!
Yea, that's officially crazy. Sounds fun though. Hope your week is going well!
