Done and Ordered

Blurb and I are friends again. After uploading my blog book 3 different times (all my doing for wanting to change a few things at the last minute), each one taking a couple hours, I'm finished with my book from November 2006-December 2007. Done. All 254 pages. 197.9 MB worth. The tab with the 'Order Now' button has been open for a few hours, I'm so nervous to click it because once it's clicked, there is no turning back. I hope I didn't make too many mistakes. I've gone over it so many times now I just keep changing things and I've resolved not to change another sentence or layout. It's been trial and error with this first book and I've learned a lot for the next book. 2008 blog book is up next.

I cannot wait to get it! Two day air shipping was only 50 cents more so I should have it near the end of the week. Exciting!

Yay! Good job, I can't wait to see it. Look at you, I don't check blog for a few days, and you have 3 new ones! You are doing good sister! Now I need to catch up on the rest.

P.S. You show me how to do the book, and I'll show you a few trick on PS!

J-E-A-L-O-U-S-Y!!! Jealous for your Blurp book, jealous of your lunch date, and wanting you to give me pointers on the "blurping." I too have downloaded my blog a few times, do you stop at a particular date? What if it doesn't all fit?

I promise that when you get it, you won't stop looking at it for days and days. Don't feel bad if you're a little prideful. It's natural. I went over mine again and again and there were still mistakes, so don't be too hard on yourself if you find any:) We're still thinking and praying that the interview went well!

How exciting! I know I really need to do a book too...but it sounds soooo time consuming and I just can't commit. I am sure you are going to LOVE it! Let us know asap on the interview. We are praying it works out if it is right!

That's so exciting! I'm totally daunted by the thought of doing this and yet that's my intention when I write every day. I'd love to know your tips and tricks.

I'm so glad you've gotten your blog finally published! It's going to be something your kids will treasure for many, many years and also your posterity! I'm sure you're going to be watching for UPS or whoever to deliver it! How exciting!

Sounds wonderful! I too am daunted by the thought of taking this on. You'll have to show us a pic of the inside of the book.

I am so excited for you!! I need to start all of my books. My husband wants me to print one off for each of my kids and one for us so that this is their scrap book since I don't do that. But I think it will cost a small fortune.

I really want to hold a Blurb book in my hands. Way to complete such a major project.

How cool! I can't wait to hear what it is like to hold it in real life. I haven't even been to blurb yet. I know I should but it still feels like "one more thing" right now.
